Comments: The walls of
the bothy were constructed using very poor bricks which could not be saved.
The roof structure, however, is in excellent condition and has much
character. It would be ideal for a small extension or as a free standing
garden building.
Note: There was an independent oak
joisted ceiling in the bothy which could be used either with the bothy - or
we would be happy to sell it separately. The cost of the joisted ceiling is
�950 plus VAT.
